REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, if by any reason you need to return or exchange an item purchased on our online store, please contact us at ------, within 30 days after the arrival of your order with the specification of the product and the receipt or proof of purchase.
After confirmation from our Team you can send it over.
All returns and exchanges must be unworn. If the product shows signs of being worn, we find ourselves on our right to not refund or exchange it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mvbeu@hotmail.com and send your item to: Rua de Francos, 76, 4250-216, Porto, Portugal.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you're placing an order/return for delivery outside EU, it's important to note that you may encounter customs duties and policies, for which MVB is not accountable. Orders under £135 (150 €) are not expected to incur import duties.
Please keep in mind that any delays caused by the shipping company or customs fees in your destination country are not the responsibility of MVB - My Vegan Bags. Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days after purchase, following the preparation by our team. If customs duties or taxes are applicable in your destination, it will be your responsibility to handle these costs and formalities upon delivery.
With respect to customs and the implications of Brexit, starting January 1st, 2021, there might be extended delivery times due to customs clearance in the UK.
Lastly, please be aware that if orders are returned to MVB - My Vegan Bags due to non-claiming, the associated shipping costs will be charged and subsequently deducted from the refund value.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
